It's that time of year again.? Yes, it's the change of seasons. Over here in the Southern hemisphere we are slowly leaving the summer shores to move into a autumn. What does this mean for you? Lots of dust, dry hot air, windy and a few tree species going into bloom . All these environmental elements combined is just the right recipe for Hay Fever and Flu like symptoms.
